Soak Konbu and Shiitake in 1L of water overnight 2. Add vegetables and heat stock until simmering. When it reaches a simmer remove konbu 3. cover and keep at 180 degrees farenheit for 1 and a half hours 4. Strain veggie stock To serve blend 1 part veggie dashi stock to 1 part oatly oat milk. whisk 300ml of combined double soup into a heated bowl with 1 tablespoon of miso tare.
