Rendam cumi asin dengan air panas selama 10-30 menit kemudian bilas dengan air dan keringkan 2. Soak the salted squid in hot water for 10–30 minutes, then rinse and dry. 2. In a food chopper, add garlic, shallot, red Thai chili, and curly red chili. Blend until smooth. 3. Heat oil.
