butter - 200g (melted and cooled to room temperature)
wheat flour - 210g
sugar - 130g
vanilla bean - 1 (or tonka bean, real)
eggs - 6 (size L/M)
whole milk - 1/2 liter
fat for greasing - as needed (for greasing before the first pancake is baked)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Take out all the ingredients and weigh them.
Brown the Butter: Brown the butter and cool it to room temperature.
Mix Ingredients: Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and flour in a bowl and mix everything together into a uniform mass.
Add Milk and Mix: Whisk the milk into the batter.
Bake Pancakes: Bake the pancakes on low heat. Only grease with fat for the first pancake - thereafter, the pancakes release enough fat that you can just bake them on the pan without additional fat.
