Prepare Sukiyaki Sauce: Boil sake and mirin in a pot. Then add sugar and soy sauce, letting the sugar melt.
Cook Ingredients: Melt beef fat and cook green onion in the sukiyaki pot to flavor the sauce. Then add the sauce and heat it up. Add tofu, konjac, mushrooms, and any longer-cooking vegetables.
Finalize Sukiyaki: Finally, add the rest of the vegetables and beef slices. Sukiyaki is traditionally shared, with everyone ladling out some broth and food into their own bowls.
