Prepare Strawberries: Finely chop the strawberries.

Whip Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream, and whip together.
Combine Mixtures: Add the cream cheese mixture and strawberry jam to the CREAMi cup and mix with a whisk.
Freeze Base: Close the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Prepare Cake Layers: Cut castella cake into 1cm thick slices to fit your mold.
Make Ice Cream: Attach the CREAMi cup to the unit and press the Ice Cream button.
Add Mix-Ins: Make a 4cm-wide hole down the center of the ice cream and add the frozen strawberries, then press the Mix-In button.
Layer Cake: Line your mold with plastic wrap, spread the ice cream evenly, and place a layer of castella cake on top. Repeat to create layers.
Final Freeze: Cover with wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Serve: Remove from mold, decorate with cookies or fresh strawberries—and you’re done!
