  2. Water - 7 cups (for boiling and marinating)
  3. Green Onions - 2 stalks
  4. Ginger - 3 slices (sliced)
  5. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
  6. Honey - 1/4 cup
  7. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  8. Chili Garlic Sauce - 1/3 cup
  9. Lemon - 2 (zested and juiced)
  10. White Vinegar - 3/4 cup
  11. Garlic - 1 tbsp (minced)
  12. Onion - 1 medium (sliced)
  13. Cilantro - to taste (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil Chicken Feet: Boil chicken feet with 5 cups of water, ginger slices, and green onions for 15-20 minutes. Then soak in ice water for 10 minutes to cool.
  2. Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of water, salt, honey, sugar, chili garlic sauce, lemon zest, white vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
