Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preparation of Soybeans: Place soybeans in a strainer and wash thoroughly. You may notice little bubbles during this process.
  2. Soaking: Soak the cleaned soybeans in water for 24 hours.
  3. Rinsing and Sorting: After soaking, rinse the soybeans and remove any broken or rotten beans to prevent rotting.
  4. Blocking Light: To prevent the sprouts from turning green, block light using a dark container or cover the container with a dark cloth.
  5. Watering: Water the soybeans every 3-4 hours to keep them moist.
  6. Harvesting: After 5 days, your soybean sprouts are ready to harvest. Give them a good rinse and remove any unsprouted beans and skins.
