Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Use the Starter: Use all of your sourdough starter to make bread, leaving behind only the remnants.
  2. Store in Fridge: Close the container and put it in the fridge without feeding it.
  3. Feed Before Baking: The day before baking, feed the starter with water and flour.
  4. Wait for Bubbles: Leave it out for about 12 hours until it becomes bubbly.
  5. Use at Peak: Use the starter when it starts to drop back down, not when it's at its peak.
