  8. Turkish bread - 1 (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ribs: Remove the membrane, apply yellow mustard, and coat with dry rub.
  2. Smoke Ribs: Smoke at 110-120°C for 3 hours.
  3. Wrap Ribs: Wrap ribs with butter in foil and return to smoker for 2 hours.
  4. Prepare Barbecue Sauce: Smoke the barbecue sauce alongside the ribs for enhanced flavor.
  5. Finish Ribs: Glaze ribs with smoked barbecue sauce and return to smoker at 150°C for 15 minutes.
  6. Assemble Sandwich: On toasted Turkish bread, add ribs, pickles, and onions.
