Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, combine 1 oz of peated whisky, 1 oz of mezcal, ¾ oz of almond orgeat syrup, ¾ oz of fresh lime juice, and 2-3 dashes of celery bitters.
Shake: Add plenty of ice to the shaker and shake well.
Strain: Double strain the mixture into a cold glass.
Garnish: Garnish with a lime wheel or a dash of angostura bitters.
