Ingredients

  10. salt - 30 g (for pasta water)
  11. pepper - watch the video to see (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pasta: Boil water with salt and cook the fresh linguini for 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with oil and salt.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Heat a pan to 225°C and cook the salmon quickly, turning as needed.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add butter, shallots, garlic, and dried tomatoes, and sauté.
  5. Add Spinach: Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Add cream to the pan and mix well. Combine with cooked pasta.
  7. Serve: Plate the pasta, adding cheese and garnishing with chives and sun-dried tomatoes.
