  3. eggs - 2
  4. flour - 1/2 cup
  5. salt - 2 teaspoons
  6. baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. oil - as needed (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by shredding your potatoes and onions.
  2. Squeeze Out Water: Grab a cloth, add in your shredded potatoes and onions, and squeeze out the water.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, add two eggs and whisk. Then add flour, salt, baking powder, and pepper and mix until they resemble scrambled eggs.
  4. Combine with Potatoes: Add the squeezed potatoes and onions to the egg mixture and mix well, preferably with your hands.
