Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork: Clean the pork, removing the membrane and nerves, then cut into large pieces.
  2. Prepare the Bacon: Cut the smoked salted bacon into pieces.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Cut the red onions and rainbow carrots.
  4. Cook the Bacon: Melt the bacon in a pan until it starts to sing, indicating it's cooking.
  5. Brown the Pork: Add the pork to the pan and brown it.
  6. Cook the Vegetables: In the same pan, cook the onions, carrots, and garlic until they start to caramelize.
