Ingredients

  1. plain sausage meat mix - 500g
  2. streaky bacon - 100g (finely chopped)
  3. white onions - 1/2 large (finely chopped)
  4. chestnuts - 200g (finely chopped)
  5. apricots - 100g
  6. garlic powder - 5g
  7. panko - 4tbsp
  8. wholegrain mustard - 2tbsp
  9. rosemary - 5g (finely chopped)
  10. sage - 10g (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Finely chop bacon, onion, chestnuts, and apricots. Roughly chop sage and rosemary.
  2. Cook bacon and onion: Sauté bacon and onion in a pan until crispy.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a bowl, combine the bacon mixture with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 40 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
