Instructions
Prepare Persimmon Pulp: Scoop the pulp of a ripe persimmon into a bowl. Mix well to make it smooth and silky.
Toast Bread: Toast a slice of sesame seed charcoal bread until it's nicely browned and crispy.
Assemble the Toast: Place the toasted bread on a plate. Spread the persimmon pulp evenly over the bread. Squeeze some lime juice over the pulp, then sprinkle Himalayan salt and add a few fresh basil leaves on top.
