Instructions

  1. Prepare vinegar water: Get some water going and add enough vinegar to acidify it. Heat the water to 85 to 90 degrees Celsius.
  2. Poach the egg: Carefully place the egg into the vinegar water. Let it cook for three minutes.
  3. Cool the egg: Remove the egg from the water and immediately plunge it into ice water to stop the cooking process.
