Ingredients

  1. flour - 1¾ cups (all-purpose)
  2. baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  3. salt - ½ teaspoon
  4. butter - 4 ounces (unsalted, softened)
  5. smooth peanut butter - ½ cup
  6. sugar - ½ cup (white)
  7. brown sugar - ½ cup
  8. egg - 1 (large)
  9. milk - 1 tablespoon
  10. vanilla - 1 teaspoon (extract)
  11. Hershey's Kisses - 5 dozen

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sift Dry Ingredients: In a sifter, add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Sift these ingredients together into a bowl.
  3. Cream Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, use a mixer to cream together the butter, smooth peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add Egg and Flavorings: To the creamed mixture, add the egg, milk, and vanilla. Blend well.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend until it forms a dough.
