Ingredients

  1. spaghetti noodles - 200g (200g)
  2. onion - 1/2 (1/2, thinly sliced)
  3. bell pepper - 1/2 (1/2, thinly sliced)
  4. sausage - 100g (100g, diagonally sliced)
  5. olive oil - 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)
  6. salt - 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)
  7. black pepper - watch the video to see (to taste)
  8. Parmesan cheese - watch the video to see (optional, for topping)
  9. parsley - watch the video to see (optional, for garnish)
  10. soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)
  11. milk - 1/2 cup (1/2 cup)
  12. ketchup - 150g (150g)
  13. sugar - 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Cook Spaghetti: Boil water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and the spaghetti noodles. Cook for 8–9 minutes.
  2. Prepare Vegetables: Slice the onion and bell pepper thinly, and diagonally slice the sausage.
  3. Stir-Fry Ingredients: Heat a pan with oil, stir-fry the sausage first, then add onion and bell pepper. Remove from pan.
  4. Make Sauce: In the same pan, add all the sauce ingredients and simmer over medium heat while stirring.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Once the sauce thickens slightly, add the sautéed vegetables and cooked noodles. Mix well.
  6. Serve: Plate the finished Neapolitan spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
