Instructions

  1. Prepare bananas: Mash ripe bananas leaving some texture.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Cream butter and sugars: Cream softened butter with brown and white sugar for 2 to 3 minutes to incorporate air.
  4. Add eggs: Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Combine ingredients: Add one-third of dry ingredients and half the mashed bananas to the wet mixture, mix on low until incorporated. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients and bananas. Do not overmix.
  6. Prepare pan: Grease the baking pan well to ensure easy removal.
