ripe bananas - 3 medium (mashed with some texture left)

eggs - 2 large (added one at a time)
dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, etc.) - watch the video to see (mixed together before adding to wet ingredients)
Instructions
Prepare bananas: Mash ripe bananas leaving some texture.
Mix dry ingredients: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cream butter and sugars: Cream softened butter with brown and white sugar for 2 to 3 minutes to incorporate air.
Add eggs: Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Combine ingredients: Add one-third of dry ingredients and half the mashed bananas to the wet mixture, mix on low until incorporated. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients and bananas. Do not overmix.
Prepare pan: Grease the baking pan well to ensure easy removal.
Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes until spongy and cooked through.
