  5. solidified flavor crystals - watch the video to see (adds saltiness and a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Prepare lemon peel: Wash the lemon and use a vegetable peeler to lightly peel the skin, avoiding the bitter pith.
  2. Dry lemon peel: Place the lemon peels in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 2 hours until dried.
  3. Toast spices: Toast dehydrated onion, garlic, and peppercorns in a pan until aromatic.
  4. Grind and combine: Grind the dried lemon peel and toasted spices together in a mortar and pestle (Mula).
  5. Add flavor crystals: Add solidified flavor crystals to the ground mixture to finish the seasoning.
