Ingredients

  1. Licor 43 - 1.5 oz (1 and 1/2 oz)
  2. Espresso - 2 oz (Quick double shot)
  3. Tequila - watch the video to see (A drop, optional to strengthen the drink)
  4. Coffee beans - 3 beans (Three beans for garnish)
  5. Hand-flavored ice - 1 sphere (Spherical ice cube)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: Pour 1 and 1/2 oz Licor 43 and a quick double shot of espresso into a mixing glass.
  2. Add optional tequila: Add a drop of tequila to the mixture to enhance strength, if desired.
  3. Mix with ice: Add hand-flavored spherical ice to the mixing glass and give it a good pounding to chill and dilute slightly.
  4. Double strain: Double strain the mixture into a serving glass to achieve a silky texture on top.
  5. Garnish and serve: Garnish with three coffee beans on top. Serve immediately.
