Ingredients

  3. honey - 1 to 3 tablespoons (for the base and to sweeten the filling, adjust based on chocolate sweetness)
  4. chocolate - watch the video to see (55% cocoa, adjust sweetness with honey)
  5. coconut milk - watch the video to see

  7. forest fruits - watch the video to see (for topping, such as berries, blackberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tart Base: Blend the protein granola with peanut butter until fine. Mix with additional peanut butter and honey to bind the base. Press into a 27cm tart base with a removable bottom.
  2. Make the Chocolate Filling: Melt chocolate using a microwave or bain-marie. In a blender, combine coconut milk, cocoa, additional peanut butter, and honey. Blend, then add the melted chocolate and blend until smooth.
  3. Assemble and Chill: Pour the chocolate filling over the tart base. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours or until set.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Top the tart with forest fruits and optional shredded coconut. Cut into portions and serve.
