Instructions
Prepare the Tart Base: Blend the protein granola with peanut butter until fine. Mix with additional peanut butter and honey to bind the base. Press into a 27cm tart base with a removable bottom.
Make the Chocolate Filling: Melt chocolate using a microwave or bain-marie. In a blender, combine coconut milk, cocoa, additional peanut butter, and honey. Blend, then add the melted chocolate and blend until smooth.
Assemble and Chill: Pour the chocolate filling over the tart base. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours or until set.
Garnish and Serve: Top the tart with forest fruits and optional shredded coconut. Cut into portions and serve.
