  2. halva with tahini - 200 g
  3. raisins - 50 g
  4. walnuts - 50 g
  5. cloves - 1/4 teaspoon (grated)
  6. cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. red apple - 1
  8. melted margarine - 100 g

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: Mix raisins, walnuts, cloves, cinnamon, diced apple, and halva pieces.
  2. Assemble the pastries: Brush phyllo sheets with margarine, add filling, roll up, and place in a baking pan.
  3. Bake: Bake at 170°C for 30-35 minutes until golden. Serve with honey, roasted sesame, icing sugar, and cinnamon.
