Ingredients

  1. Granola Healthy Hubbage with almond butter - 350g
  2. chopped couverture - 100g
  3. honey - 100g
  4. water - 150g
  5. cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  6. cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
  7. cognac - 2 tablespoons (Hermi)
  8. walnuts - 100g
  9. melted couverture - 300g (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Syrup: In a saucepan, combine water and honey, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  2. Mix Chocolate: Add chopped couverture and cocoa to the syrup, wait to soften, then mix until smooth.
  3. Combine with Granola: In a bowl, mix granola (half powdered), cinnamon, cognac, and walnuts with the chocolate mixture.
  4. Form Roll: Spread the mixture on parchment paper, form into a roll, wrap, and freeze.
  5. Coat with Chocolate: Cut the frozen roll into slices, dip each in melted couverture, and let set.
  6. Serve: Once the chocolate has set, the cariocas are ready to be served.
