Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a food processor, blend the digestive biscuits and peanut butter. Press the mixture into a mold with a removable base.
  2. Prepare the filling: Soak the cashews in boiling water for 30-45 minutes. Blend with lemon zest, juice, honey, and vegetable cream until smooth.
