Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut entrecote meat slices into small pieces. Dice onions into small cubes. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Slice red and green hot peppers into small pieces and prepare sweet bell pepper slices.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine meat pieces, onions, tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, seven spices, instant broth powder, and minced garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Add Cooking Liquid: Add one cup of water and a large spoon of sauce to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  4. Prepare for Baking: Take a sheet of butter and use it to seal the mixture tightly in aluminum foil, ensuring no steam escapes.
  5. Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Bake the wrapped mixture for 1.5 hours.
