  9. oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking chicken)
  10. butter - 2 tablespoons (for sauce)
  11. onion - 1 (large, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it takes on color from all sides. Remove from pan.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, add butter, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Stir immediately. Add mushrooms, a pinch of salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Cook until mushrooms wilt.
  4. Thicken the Sauce: Add flour and chicken broth to the pan. Stir in the cream for mustard sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Finalize the Sauce: Mix some sauce with yogurt and then pour back into the pan. Adjust seasoning.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
