Instructions

  2. Draw Out Apple Juices: Pour a portion of sugar over the peeled apples and let them sit for 1 hour to draw out the water from the apples.
  3. Caramelize Apple Liquid: Take the liquid drawn out from the apples and reduce it until it turns caramel in color. Add this caramel back into the apple filling.
