  18. tomato sauce - 1/4 cup (1/4 cup)
  19. parsley - 1/2 cup (1/2 cup, minced)

Instructions

  1. Season and Air Fry Potatoes: In a bowl, combine diced potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat. Place seasoned potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400°F until tender and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Season Beef: In another bowl, toss 1 lb thinly sliced beef with 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp bouillon powder, ginger powder, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and some oil until well coated.
  3. Cook Beef: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the seasoned beef strips and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add Vegetables and Simmer: Add chopped onions, diced tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet with beef. Stir well and cook until tomatoes melt and soften. Add 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp bouillon powder, 1 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed. Let simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Combine Potatoes and Finish: Add the air-fried potatoes to the skillet and mix everything together. Finally, stir in minced parsley. Serve hot.
