Instructions
Prepare the meat filling: Brown the ground beef on a hot pan. Add finely chopped onions and cook until soft and golden. Stir in tomato paste and let it sauté briefly. Add chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and let the filling cool slightly.
Prepare the filo dough: Melt butter in milk. Lay a sheet of filo dough and brush with the milk-butter mixture.
Assemble the börek: Place the beef filling on the dough and roll it up. Brush the top of the börek with the milk-butter mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 185°C (365°F) with convection. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
