Ingredients

  1. sugar - watch the video to see (2 to 3 spoons for caramel + 1 spoon for custard)
  2. milk - watch the video to see (a lot of milk to make custard)
  3. custard powder - 2 spoons (2 spoons)

Instructions

  1. Make caramel: Take 2 to 3 spoons of sugar and melt it on medium flame to make caramel.
  2. Prepare custard: Pour a lot of milk into a pan, add 1 spoon of sugar and 2 spoons of custard powder, then cook to make custard.
  3. Combine caramel and custard: Pour the prepared custard into the bowl containing caramel.
  4. Chill: Cool the caramel custard in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Do not refrigerate for more than 5 hours.
  5. Serve: Serve the caramel custard pudding chilled.
