Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Dice vegetables and ham to similar sizes. Whisk eggs and prepare seasonings.
  2. Cook Eggs: Heat oil in a wok, add eggs, and scramble until almost fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook Vegetables: Add more oil, then carrots, corn, and peas. Cook for a few minutes, then add white parts of green onions.
  4. Cook Ham: Add ham to the wok and toss.
  5. Combine and Season: Add rice, breaking it up well. Season with sugar, salt, MSG, and soy sauces. Add vegetables and egg back in.
  6. Final Touches: Add green parts of the green onions, toss, and serve.
