  2. black pepper - to taste (to coat)
  3. brown sugar - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Tray: Start by grabbing your baking tray, cover it with tin foil, and add a baking rack.
  2. Prepare Bacon: Pull out the bacon, peel it apart, lay it out on the rack, and completely coat in black pepper. Flip and coat the other side with black pepper.
