Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Cut the peppers, chicken, red pepper, and onion into pieces and grind everything.
  2. Cook the Filling: Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the prepared filling mixture and spices. Cook until the chicken is done.
  3. Add Cheese: Add a slice of fromage fraîche to the mixture and stir until melted and combined.
  4. Assemble the Briouats: Place the filling on tacos bread, fold to enclose the filling, and secure the edges.
