Instructions

  1. Prepare potato buns: Mix water, milk, sugar, yeast, and bread flour. Add grated potato and salt, knead, and let rise. Form buns, sprinkle with sesame, and bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Grind and cook beef: Grind a blend of chuck and top sirloin beef. Form into patties, cook with a light smash, season with salt, and top with cheddar cheese to melt.
