The tastiest OKRO SOUP recipe ever - Ndudu by Fafa Good evening gorgeous folks! I was gifted this cream CowHide by my cousin and could not wait to include it in a recipe. It’s fair to say I’ve not had this in a very long time and prefer this pale cream looking Wele/Ponmo as it was scalded, shaved and par boiled. Please note it’s best to avoid Wele/Ponmo that are smoked with Tyres (which are riddled with chemicals not fit for human consumption) and instead opt for the wood smoked ones or the cream looking ones which are high in the production of Collagen. Naturally I had to prepare my favourite Okro soup which had loads of requests for the recipe. I hope you enjoy this!
