Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Water ½ litre -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp -Baisan (Gram flour) ½ Cup -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12 -Water 1 litre -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 400g -Tomato puree 1 Cup -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 3 tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Boneless beef cubes 650g -Water ½ Cup or as required -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Spaghetti boiled as per pack’s instruction -Chips -Lehsan (Garlic) fried -Pyaz (Onion) fried -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Lemon juice -Chaat masala -Lemon Directions: -In a jug,add water,yogurt,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,pink salt,citric acid, gram flour,whisk well & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well. -Add gram flour mixture,water & mix well,bring it to boil & stir in between,cover partially & cook on low flame for 1 hour & keep stirring in between. -In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,onion,mix well & cook until light golden. -Add tomato puree,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pink salt,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates. -Add beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. -Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until beef is tender (30-40 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add fresh coriander & mix well. -In a serving plate,add spaghetti,prepared curry,beef currry,chips,fried garlic,fried onion,fresh coriander, lemon juice,chaat masala,lemon & serve!
