RUSSIAN SPRING PUNCH - Summer Cocktail / Spiked Kir Royale!!

The Russian Spring Punch was created in the 1980s by Dick Bradsell. Basically a spiked Kir Royale over ice. WIN THE GIN BOOK! https://stevethebartender.com.au/giveaway-guide-to-gin-book/ INGREDIENTS - 45mL Vodka (1½ oz) - 15mL Framboise (Raspberry) Liqueur (½ oz) - 15mL Creme de Cassis (Blackcurrant Liqueur) (½ oz) - 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice (¾ oz) - 15mL Simple Syrup (½ oz) - Sparkling Wine METHOD 1. Combine all ingredients except the sparkling wine into your cocktail shaker 2. Shake with ice 3. Strain over fresh ice into a cocktail glass (pilsner glass is perfect!) 4. Top with sparkling wine 5.
