Masukkan bawang putih, jahe, bawang bombai, apel, minyak dan air ke dalam blender, haluskan 2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi dan mengeluarkan minyak 3. Sajikan tahu tube goreng bersama jamur enoki dan siram dengan saus yakiniku =================== [ENGLISH] Yakiniku Sauce Recipe (yield 5 servings) Spice Paste ingredients: 35 g onion 4 clove garlic 4 g ginger 30 g apple 25 ml oil 25 ml water Sauce ingredients: 2 tsp oyster sauce 60 ml soy sauce 60 ml mirin 2 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp pepper 1 tsp sesame oil ½ tsp rice vinegar 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds 150 ml water Other ingredients: 240 g egg tofu 80 g cornstarch 100 g enoki mushroom Pepper, optional Steps: 1. Blend garlic, ginger, onion, apple, oil, and water until smooth. 2. Sauté the spice paste until fragrant and the oil separates. 3. Add soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cook briefly. 4. Pour the sauce into a jar or sealed container. 5. Heat a little oil, then add enoki mushrooms. Add a little pepper and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and arrange on a serving plate. 6.
