Delicious, easy to make and won't break the bank! Ingredients - 500g plain flour - 300ml warm water - 1 packet (7g) dried yeast - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp sugar - 2 tbsp olive oil - 500g beef mince - 1 green chilli, diced small - 1 small brown onion, diced small - 1 tomato, deseeded and diced - 1 tbsp cumin - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 200g mozzarella - Fresh oregano Method 1. To make the dough, start by mixing the sugar and yeast into warm water and setting it aside until you start seeing it bubble. 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour and salt. Then, make a well in the centre and add your water yeast mixture. 3. Using a fork, bring this dough together until it forms a loose ball. Turn this out onto a dusted surface and knead for 7-10 minutes or until the dough starts to be smooth. 4. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour or until it's doubled in size. 5. While the dough is proving, in a hot nonstick pan with a small amount of olive oil brown off your minced beef. 6. Place a metal tray into your oven and turn your oven on to 250°C. 7. Once your beef is cooked, place it into a mixing bowl and add the diced onion, chilli, tomato, cumin, cinnamon, and smoked paprika, and stir well. 8. Cut the dough into 3 parts and shape into smooth balls. Let them rest for 5 minutes before rolling out into a large oval shape. 9. Spoon on enough of your beef mixture to cover the whole base leaving a 1cm gap around the edges. 10. Fold the edges over and point the ends to make a rugby ball shape. 11. Finish by shredding some of your mozzarella over the top and placing your fresh oregano. 12. Slide this into the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
