Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Boiling water as required -Peaches 3 medium (500g) -Condensed milk 350ml (1 & ½ Cup) -Ice cubes as required -Cream chilled 400ml -Chocolate chips ½ Cup or as required Directions: -In boiling water,add peaches & blanch for 3 minutes. -Take out from boiling water & add in ice chilled water for 2-3 minutes then peel & deseed them. -In blending jug,add peaches,condensed milk,blend well & set aside. -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl on it. -Add cream & beat well. -Add prepared peach puree & beat until well combined. -Add chocolate chips & fold gently. -Now transfer the cream mixture in an ice cream mold,cover with cling film & freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight in freezer. -Scoop out & serve! -Yield: 1 litre Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Boiling water as required -Peaches 3 medium (500g) -Condensed milk 350ml (1 & ½ Cup) -Ice cubes as required -Cream chilled 400ml -Chocolate chips ½ Cup or as required Directions: -Boiling water mein peaches dal ker 3 minutes kliya blanch ker lein. -Boiling water sa nikal ker ice chilled water mein 2-3 minutes kliya dal dein aur phir peel ker ka deseed ker lein. -Blending jug mein peaches aur condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Large bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein. -Cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Tayyar peach puree dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Chocolate chips dal ker gently fold ker lein. -Ab cream mixture ko ice cream mold mein dal ker cling film sa cover ker lein aur 8-10 hours or overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein. -Scoop out ker ka serve karein! -Yield: 1 litre
