Buang bagian lemak dan gumpalan darah pada ayam kemudian keringkan 2. Lumuri bagian dalam ayam dengan garam kemudian masukkan sebagian beras ketan, bawang putih utuh, batang ginseng, sebagian beras ketan, bawang putih, jujube dan sisa beras ketan 3. Lubangi bagian samping ayam lalu selipkan menyilang paha ayam 4. Potong besar lobak dan bawang bombai 5.
