Mollymock Cocktail Recipe - Sweet, Herbal and a Little Bitter!

I have personally donated too and am currently planning a fundraiser with our new gin brand. ------------------- The Mollymock cocktail is made using a black rum - specifically Bacardi Black, which is aged for 3 years in a heavily charred barrel which features notes of sweet, tropical fruit with a smoky liquorice and molasses finish. It results in a sweet, bitter and herbal cocktail with a bit of zest from the freshly squeezed lime juice and twist of orange. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker 2. Shake with ice 3. Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass 4.
