Making Tonkotsu Ramen Using Leftover Pork Bones

follow me on instagram: https://instagram.com/wayoframen A couple of weeks ago I did a video making chuka soba with some pork bones. After simmering the bones for 8 hours, I thought they still had some life in them and decided to save them to try to make another soup later. Well in this video, I got those bones out the freezer to try to make a tonkotsu ramen with what's known as a niban dashi or second soup. It took less than half the time and the results were pretty great so I highly recommend you save any bones that you use making chintan stocks to reuse them to make a paitan later. Ingredients: Leftover bones and niboshi oil from the Chuka Soba Ramen -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ql9_Ha9ZnQw Tare and noodles from Tori Paitan Ramen - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcKHzDzi4n4 Chashu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vP40yfcSMF4 Soup Ratio: 30ml (around 2 tablespoons) - Tori Paitan Tare 20ml (around 1tbsp + 1tsp) - Niboshi Oil 300ml - Soup (350ml might have been better) Immersion Blender: https://amzn.to/2PyoDUY
