Not really following much recipes here, just using what I had and trying out ideas that I thought might work. The oatmilk was something I had been meaning to try for a long time but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. So if you try this out, just use the soup straight without cutting it with oatmilk or cut with dashi instead. Ingredients: Soup: 2kg pork bones (femur) 3L water (plus 1L during boiling step) cabbage round onion green onion garlic napa cabbage Tare: 125ml water 75ml koikuchi shoyu 75ml usukuchi shoyu https://amzn.to/3CLVdcx 30ml ryorishu https://amzn.to/3mJ36dg 20ml mirin 1g shrimp dashi powder 9g msg 6-7g hawaiian salt 10ml nampa thai fish sauce Noodle: Ramen Lord's Book: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qLPoLxek3WLQJDtU6i3300_0nNioqeYXi7vESrtNvjQ/edit Final Bowl: 300ml Tonkotsu soup 20ml Tare 10ml lard

Way of RamenA homemade batch of Tonkotsu Ramen with a unique twist of experimenting with available ingredients. The recipe includes making the soup, tare, and assembling the final bowl. Note: The original attempt included oatmilk which didn't work as expected, so it's advised to use the soup straight or cut with dashi instead.
