Masukkan bawang putih dan sebagian air ke dalam blender, haluskan 2. Di dalam panci, masukkan tepung terigu dan sisa air, aduk hingga rata 3. Masukkan bawang putih halus, minyak, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk, gula pasir, penyedap dan merica, aduk rata. Nyalakan api, masak di api sedang hingga matang 4. Pindahkan adonan biang ke dalam mangkuk. Biarkan hingga tidak terlalu panas 5. Untuk bumbu tabur, buang bagian batang daun jeruk kemudian sangrai beberapa saat hingga wangi 6. Di dalam blender masukkan cabai bubuk, bawang putih goreng, daun jeruk, gula pasir, penyedap dan kaldu ayam bubuk, haluskan 7. Masukkan tepung tapioka ke dalam adonan biang, aduk hingga rata. Rebus cimol di api sedang selama 4-5 menit, tiriskan dan tambahkan sedikit minyak, aduk rata dan biarkan dingin 10. Panaskan minyak, goreng cimol di api sedang hingga kering, tiriskan 11. Cimol keju siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] Cheese Cimol Recipe (yield 7 servings) Cimol ingredients: 5 clove garlic 3 tbsp oil 375 ml water 120 g all-purpose flour 2 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1 tbsp chicken powder 1 tsp MSG 1 tbsp sugar 300 g tapioca flour Filling ingredients: Anchor Cheddar Cheese Seasoning Powder ingredients: 12 pc kaffir lime leaf 3 tbsp fried garlic 3 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp chicken powder 2 tsp MSG 2 tbsp sugar Steps: 1. Add garlic and some of the water into a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. In a saucepan, combine all-purpose flour and the remaining water. Stir until well mixed. 3. Add the blended garlic, oil, salt, chicken powder, sugar, MSG, and pepper. Stir well. Turn on the heat and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. 4. Transfer the dough into a bowl. Let it cool down a bit. 5. For the seasoning powder, remove the stems from the kaffir lime leaves, then toast briefly until fragrant. 6. In a blender, add chili powder, fried garlic, kaffir lime leaves, sugar, MSG, and chicken powder. Blend until smooth. 7. Add tapioca flour to the dough. Stir until evenly mixed. Shape the dough into long tubes, then cut into small portions. 8. Cut the cheese into pieces, then stuff the cimol dough with the cheese. Shape them into balls. 9. Boil the cimol balls over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Drain and add a little oil. Mix well and let cool. 10. Heat oil, then fry the cimol balls over medium heat until crisp and golden. Drain. 11.
