Hi friends, today we are making a variation on of the most delicious traditional Iranian rice dishes, Khoresh Gheymeh (gheimeh) which translates as Persian Split Pea Rice. This is the version we make at home when we want a quick, delicious meal and are not serving for guests. In this version, we use ground beef instead chunks of meat and using Potatoe This is the sister dish of the more popular and well-known stew version, Khorsh Gheymeh. Make this with love and care and you will absolutely love it!
