Kevin Crossman is a Mai Tai fanatic. He researches and travels the US in the search of the ULTIMATE Mai Tai recipe. This is his house recipe that he enjoys at his HQ. It was first labeled as the “Ultimate Mai Tai” when it was served as a special menu addition at The Kon-Tiki in Oakland. Do I believe this is the Ultimate Mai Tai? Honestly, I haven't tried enough Mai Tais to make that call. It is an incredibly complex and tasty Mai Tai recipe with a blend of 4 rums but I must admit that it is a full flavoured Mai Tai consisting of 2 very potent and flavourful rums which would make it overwhelming for some... try it for yourself and let me know how you go in the comments below!
