I Built A Dough Sheeter To Solve A Croissant Problem...

Croissants Making requires utmost precision and strict evenness. Sadly I don't have that, but machines do. So, instead I build a manual laminated dough machine with a sheet of plywood, a few bearings and screws. TBH, it is a bit wonky but I'll fix it I promise. 🤞 Currently, my table top dough sheeter flattens laminated dough from 40mm down to 4mm. It's 50cm wide and 1m long.
