While doing research for future videos, I saw some videos floating around Japanese youtube where people were taking ordinary pasta and using it to make ramen. I decided to try it out myself and see if all these people were just overexaggerating how closely it tastes to ramen noodles. The results were pretty shocking, this method really does turn pasta into a passable ramen noodle. Or course it's not as good as real freshly made ramen noodles, but they beat the pants off of instant noodles any day. Ingredients: Dry pasta (spaghetti or angel hair) 1L water 1Tbsp Baking Soda Salt to taste You can scale up by using 1Tbsp of Baking soda per 1L of water. Boil the noodles for 2 minutes longer than the instructions on the package.
